Terms and Conditions

East Shore Gym Terms:

• East Shore Gym 24/7, LLC urges you and all members to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before using any exercise equipment or participating in any exercise classes. All exercises, including the use of free weights and use of any and all machinery, equipment, and apparatus designed for exercising shall be at the member's sole risk. Member understands that the agreement to use, or selection of exercise programs, methods and types of equipment shall be member's entire responsibility, and East Shore Gym 24/7, LLCs hall not be liable to member for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising due to injury to member's person or property arising out of or in connection with the use by member of the services, facilities, and premises of East Shore Gym 24/7, LLC . Member hereby holds East Shore Gym 24/7, LLC, its officers, owners, agents, and employees harmless from all claims which may be brought against them by member or on member's behalf for any such injuries or claims. 
•  The Member understands and agrees that strict observation of East Shore Gym 24/7, LLC rules and regulations and the rules and regulations relative to the service or instruction provided, including the use of protective equipment, is required. The Member understands and agrees that the use of East Shore Gym 24/7, LLC facilities and the Member's presence at East Shore Gym 24/7, LLC facility are at the sole risk of the Member. The Member understands and agrees that the services or instruction provided may involve skills and training which include violent and sudden movements and that in connection with the training and instruction, there may be physical contact between instructors and Members and between and among the Members and that such contact may result in personal injury to the Member, despite precautions taken to avoid such injuries. Member hereby consents to engage in such contact as may be necessary or required by Members participation. Member, on behalf of him/herself and anyone claiming by or through the Member, hereby holds harmless, releases and forever discharges East Shore Gym 24/7, LLC and its instructors, agents, employees, operators and authorized representatives from any liability, claim, loss, including loss of property, damage, personal injury, or expense incurred by the Member and arising from the Members execution of this Agreement, payment processing, participation in any program offered by East Shore Gym 24/7, LLC, including, but not limited to, any injury or damage caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of East Shore Gym 24/7, LLC, its instructors, Members, agents, employees, operators, or authorized representatives. The Member specifically understands and agrees that he/she is assuming the risk of any and all injuries that he/she may suffer or incur as a result of his/her execution of this agreement and participation in any program offered by East Shore Gym 24/7, LLC. 
• Month to month memberships require a 30 day cancel notice and a $30 cancel fee.
• Guests must sign in and pay ESG for the use of the facility. If guests enter with an existing member, and do not sign in and pay for usage, the member will be suspended from use until restitution has been made. Legal action may be taken.
• East Shore Gym forbids unlawful behavior, hate speech or bullying. 
• There is a $50 fine for weights that are not re-racked.
• Piggy backing is not allowed. Each member must unlock the door with their own pass, even if they are walking in with another member.
